Happy 95th Birthday to Mr. Wagers, father of the Army Aviation Program as we know it today.  It is hard to believe he retired from SCARNG 35 years ago today.

  The Summit Restaurant in Chester was the place to be today for the celebration of  Mr. Wagers’ 95th birthday.  Family, friends and fellow guardsmen attended his Birthday Party.  Mr. Wagers was also pleasantly surprised with the presentation of a quilt from QOA (Quilts of Valor) Foundation.  QOA presents these quilts to veterans.
